Our flat veneer doors are available in both standard and custom sizing.
  • Thickness: 1.3/4″, 1.3/8″ and 2.1/4″
  • Height: 80″, 84″, and 96″ standard, with custom heights up to 120″
  • Width: 12″–38″ standard, with custom sizes available up to 48″

Standard layouts

DoorWerx veneers are available in two standard layups. Custom layups are available upon request.

Door face routering

Door face routering introduces subtle detail to your doors. Custom patterns are available upon request. 

Door frames

DoorWerx door frames are machined in-house and available in paint grade or door-matching veneer species.
  • Standard frames are 3/4” thick
  • 1½” thick frames are available for concealed hinge application
  • Silicone and moehair gasketing options are available.

Hardware

The DoorWerx system offers hardware and machining solutions, including:
  • Butt hinges, concealed hinges, and pivoting mechanisms
  • Cylindrical and mortise locksets
  • Pocket door and sliding door hardware

Our team provides in-house fabrication and coordinated delivery of DoorWerx systems across Canada and the U.S. Doors, frames, and components arrive together as a complete package, ensuring everything is aligned and ready for installation.
